... Freeze warning remains in effect from 10 PM this evening to
9 am EST Wednesday...

A Wind Advisory remains in effect until 6 PM EST this afternoon
for all of north and central Georgia. A freeze warning remains in
effect from 10 PM this evening to 9 am EST Wednesday for all of
north and central Georgia.

Strong and gusty winds across the area will diminish quickly with
sunset and the Wind Advisory will end.

Under clear skies and diminishing winds... low temperatures in the
upper teens and 20s can be expected across the area Wednesday morning.

A Wind Advisory means that sustained winds of 20 to 35 mph or
wind gusts of at least 35 mph are expected. Winds this strong can
make driving difficult... especially for high profile vehicles.
Use extra caution.

A freeze warning means freezing temperatures are forecast to
threaten outdoor plants. Those with agricultural interests in the
warned area are advised to harvest or protect tender vegetation.

afternoon over north and central Georgia for gusty winds and some
low relative humidities...

Wednesday over north and central Georgia for low relative humidities...

A red flag warning remains in effect until 6 PM EST this
afternoon. A red flag warning remains in effect from 12 PM to 6 PM
EST Wednesday.

This warning includes the Chattahoochee and Oconee National
forests.

Dry fuel moisture conditions will combine with relative
humidities of 20 to 35 percent and north to northwest winds 15 to
25 mph with gusts to 35 mph. This will create dangerous fire
weather conditions.

On Wednesday... dry fuel moisture conditions will combine with
relative humidities of 15 to 25 percent and west to southwest
winds less than 10 mph. This will create dangerous fire weather
conditions.

A red flag warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring... or will occur within 24 hours.

Please refer to the local burn permitting authorities on whether
you can burn outdoors. If you do burn outside... use extreme
caution.

Please advise the appropriate officials or fire crews in the
field of the red flag warning.
