Under clear skies and diminishing winds... low temperatures in the upper teens and 20s can be expected across the area Wednesday morning. A Wind Advisory means that sustained winds of 20 to 35 mph or wind gusts of at least 35 mph are expected. Winds this strong can make driving difficult... especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution. A freeze warning means freezing temperatures are forecast to threaten outdoor plants.
