Southerly winds will strengthen today as the pressure gradient tightens between high pressure to the east and low pressure northwest of the area. A cold front will move across the coastal waters Saturday morning...bringing gusty offshore winds and a chance of showers. Strong northerly winds will reach Small Craft Advisory conditions late Saturday into early Sunday in the offshore waters.
