Synopsis For The Middle Texas Coastal Waters... Increasing moisture will contribute to patchy sea fog tonight through early Saturday morning...as a cold front approaches the waters. The front will move across the waters by Saturday afternoon...dissipate the fog and trigger isolated showers. Strong offshore flow is expected behind the front Saturday afternoon. Strong offshore flow will continue through Saturday night. Offshore flow will weaken on Sunday. A weak to moderate offshore flow will prevail Monday and through Tuesday morning...then gradually become onshore Tuesday afternoon and night.

Small craft should exercise caution

Tonight... South wind 15 to 20 knots decreasing to 10 to 15 knots. Bays slightly choppy to occasionally choppy. Patchy sea fog mainly after midnight.
Saturday... Northeast wind 10 to 15 knots becoming north 15 to 20 knots in the afternoon. Bays choppy to occasionally rough. Patchy sea fog in the morning. A slight chance of showers in the morning.
Saturday Night... North wind 15 to 20 knots. Bays choppy to occasionally rough.
Sunday... North wind 10 to 15 knots. Bays slightly choppy to occasionally choppy.
Sunday Night... North wind 5 to 10 knots. Bays smooth to slightly choppy.
Monday And Monday Night... North wind 5 to 10 knots. Bays smooth to slightly choppy.
Tuesday... North wind 5 to 10 knots shifting east in the afternoon...then becoming south 10 to 15 knots. Bays slightly choppy to occasionally choppy.
Wednesday... Southeast wind 5 to 10 knots. Bays smooth to slightly choppy.
